Las Tres Hermanas is the new name of the Orchard's healthy foods store. The ecotienda's name has multiple layers of meaning for our team, including (a) highlighting Corn, Squash, and Beans, the 3 sisters of Meso-American food, (b) the historical & current role of women on farms and kitchens and, (c) the complete nutritional profile these plants offer.

We stock the shelves with 100% healthy, organically grown, and sustainable non-food products. The Ecotienda is SNAP approved and source as local as possible supporting small and under-resourced Phoenix and Arizona farmers.

Our Food to Food regenerative composting operation provides our gardens and growers in our community with rich compost that increases crop nutrient density and soil resilience. Our Healthy Roots Garden showcases a full circle vegan composting operation. Email us if you'd like to visit or purchase! Can also delivery for $6/mile delivery fee, one-way with minimum 3 cubic yards for delivery.

Born out a critical community need, Las Tres Hermanas Ecotienda was established to provide a local alternative in an area were the closest grocery store is 3 miles away. Our goal is to provide locally grown, sustainably produced and culturally relevant foods. Items on the shelves align with these goals.
