Healthy Roots Corner Store is now Las Tres Hermanas~Ecotienda

Las Tres Hermanas is the new name of the Orchard's healthy foods store, opening in early 2026! The ecotienda's name has multiple layers of meaning for our team, including (a) highlighting Corn, Squash, and Beans, the 3 sisters of Meso-American food, (b) the historical & current role of women on farms and kitchens and, (c) the complete nutritional profile these plants offer.

We have just launched a fund drive to help us stock the shelves with 100% healthy, organically grown, and sustainable non-food products. The Ecotienda will be SNAP approved and source as local as possible supporting small and under-resourced Phoenix and Arizona farmers.
